El siguiente cartón muestra un ejemplo de cómo entienden los políticos a la economía. En realidad el cartón, tomado de SMBC se refiere al mercado de valores, pero la gráfica aplica perfectamente para la evolución de la economía!!!!

Pues, te digo como el Presidente Obama entiende la economia - como el AMLO de EEUU. Con la diferencia que Obama tiene el respaldo de los medios liberales en EEUU (con la excepcion de Fox News), mientras AMLO es odiado por los UltraDerechistas de Televisa y Azteca.....Working men and women are the true American patriots: "It's unions like yours that helped build an arsenal of democracy that defeated fascism." ..................... You were in trouble: "The heartbeat of American manufacturing was flatlining." .................. They were going to sell you out: "Some even said we should 'let Detroit go bankrupt.'" .................. I saved you: "It wasn't just because of anything management did. It was because I believed in you. I placed my bet [the $80 billion bailout] on American workers." .................. They resent you: "They're still talking about you as if you were some greedy special interest that needs to be beaten."
Lo anterior de una columna, Obama's Mythical America, The president will win if his Depression-era picture of America goes unanswered, en el WSJ de hoy, de un columnista, DANIEL HENNINGER, que odia el hecho que Obama, segun Intrade, tiene 60% de probabilidad de ganar en Noviembre. Y, si no fuera por los reporteros y conductores UltraDerechistas de Televisa y Azteca, AMLO tambien tendria un comodo margen hoy.
